Yay!! It always seems better once January is over! February is a shorter month so it feels like spring gets here a bit quicker! I made some cupcakes for Valentine's Day & covered them in fondant. The pink & red fondant have cherry flavouring..it's yummy! Some cupcakes have heart shape cutouts, & others have roses made out of fondant. I also made a heart shaped ,double layer, vanilla cake. It's covered in cherry flavoured fondant, & the trim & roses are made from homemade buttercream.
